North EPC's are a company offering Energy Performance Certicates (EPC'S) for domestic properties for when a property is being Sold on the open market or rented out "To Let" to tenants and your holiday let properties from 30th June 2011. We also conduct Energy Energy Efficiency reports for commercial buildings when they become "For Sale" or "To Let".
Based in Alnwick In Northumberland, we idealy located to service the whole of Northumberland from the Border of Berwick Upon Tweed to the East in North & South Shield across to Hexham and everything in between. - To complete a Domestic / residential EPC, Produce the report and have it in a presentation folder prices start from only £45 and no VAT payable. There are discounts for large and regular business Clients. (Please request a quote as the price is based on travel and property size).
- For a Commercial EPC's, the prices start from £125-00 for a moderate sized premises, but all Commercial surveys are subject to being individually priced due to the nature of the report, travel and time to process the report on ISBEM program. (Please request a quote as the price is based on travel and property size).
- For Asbestos survey's, you will need to ring me with your requirements as each property can have different types of suveys done and different level and prices. Please ring me 0771 4031 758
